SeekProv users can request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data through a secure email-confirmation process.
Use the Delete Account option in the SeekProv app or select the request button above. Enter your username or account ID, registered email address and the required confirmation phrase. Never include your password, one-time code or identity document in the form.
Submitting the form sends the request to SeekProv support and sends an acknowledgement to the email address entered in the form.
SeekProv support will review the request and process eligible account deletion requests. If you need to stop or change a submitted request, contact support@seekprov.com immediately.
Once confirmed, we will delete or de-identify the account and associated personal data, including profile information and user content, except for information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute or regulatory reasons.
Limited Deal, transaction, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting or legal-compliance records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Access is restricted and retained information is removed when the applicable requirement ends.
Deletion timing begins after SeekProv support validates and starts processing the request. If you need to stop or change a submitted request, contact support@seekprov.com immediately.
