Forming and funding a Deal
A Deal is created after a Seeker accepts a Provider’s Offer and payment is successfully completed.
The Offer should state the service, price, timing and agreed materials.
Offer acceptance alone does not create a paid Deal.
Work should begin only after the complete amount shown has been paid and the payment partner has confirmed funding.
How payments are handled
Payments and Provider payouts are processed through payment partners under their own terms.
SeekProv does not independently provide a wallet or escrow service.
Starting and finishing work
The app may use Start, Confirm Start, Finish and Confirm Finish steps to create a clear Deal record.
Users must use these actions honestly and only when they reflect the work status.
Completion and Provider payout
After completing the service, the Provider requests completion confirmation from the Seeker.
The Seeker may confirm completion or report a problem through SeekProv’s support process.
Eligible Provider payouts are processed through payment partners after completion is confirmed and there is no active dispute or refund request.
Arrival times remain subject to payment-partner and banking checks.
Cancellations
Applicable cancellation and refund conditions will be displayed before the Seeker commits to a Deal.
The final outcome may depend on the service status, agreed materials, work already completed, payment-partner rules and applicable law.
Materials and off-platform payment
Agreed material costs and applicable taxes may form part of the Provider’s entitlement when included in the Offer, and receipts may be required.
Off-platform payment is prohibited.
Disputes and refunds
An active dispute or refund request pauses the Provider’s payout while the matter is reviewed.
SeekProv may review Deal records, messages, evidence and payment information to help resolve the matter.
Outcomes depend on the facts, these terms, payment-partner rules and applicable law.
