These terms govern use of SeekProv’s public website and describe the intended platform framework. Last updated: 5 August 2026.
Seekers, Providers and SeekProv’s role
SeekProv is a technology marketplace, not the Provider of services listed by independent Providers. Seekers and Providers are responsible for the service relationship they form.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the website or app, create fake accounts, impersonate others, offer illegal services, interfere with the platform or evade safety and payment rules.
Content, reviews and intellectual property
Users remain responsible for content they submit and must have the right to share it. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. SeekProv branding and platform materials may not be commercially reused without permission.
Communication, AI and investigations
SeekProv may use automated or AI-assisted tools for support, safety and product functions. Communications may be reviewed where reasonably required for safety, support, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Payments and third parties
Payment collection and Provider settlements are intended to be handled through approved third-party payment partners under their own terms and regulated infrastructure. SeekProv does not independently provide a wallet or escrow service. Prices, percentage-based platform fees, processing charges and relevant conditions will be displayed before a user commits.
Restrictions, availability and results
Accounts may be restricted or investigated for safety, policy or legal reasons. SeekProv does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular Provider, customer, income level or service result.
Responsibility and disputes
Users are responsible for their decisions and lawful conduct. Disputes should first be raised through platform support, then escalated in writing. Applicable laws and mandatory local rights will continue to apply.
