Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SeekProv Limited collects, uses, shares, protects, retains and deletes information through the SeekProv app, website and related services. Last updated: 5 August 2026.
Account and profile information
We collect information users provide to create and manage an account or Provider profile. Depending on the features used, this may include a name, username, email address, phone number, profile photo, service information, experience, qualifications, business details and account preferences.
Verification and trust information
Where verification is required, we may process identity, liveness, address, business-registration, qualification, licence, reference or background-check information. Verification providers may process government identification documents and facial images on our behalf. We do not display government ID numbers publicly.
Location and device information
With permission, SeekProv may process approximate or precise location to support local service discovery, relevant results, Deal activity and safety features. We may also process IP address, device and app identifiers, app version, notification token, usage events, security logs, crash information and diagnostics to operate, protect and improve the service.
Deals, communications and payments
We process service listings, searches, Offers, bookings, Deals, messages, reviews, support requests, uploaded photos or files and related records. Card payment information is entered directly into our approved payment partner’s secure payment interface and is not accessed or stored by SeekProv. Provider bank information is submitted through our approved payment partner for account verification and payout processing. SeekProv may receive transaction statuses, payment references, verification results and limited payout information needed to operate and support Deals.
How information is used
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide service discovery, communication, Offers, bookings, payments and Deal management; verify users; personalise relevant results; send service and security notifications; provide support; prevent fraud and abuse; investigate reports and disputes; improve performance; and meet legal obligations.
How information is shared
Information is shared with other users only where needed for profiles, communication and Deals. We also use vetted service providers supporting hosting, communications, notifications, identity and background checks, maps and location, payments and payouts, analytics, diagnostics, customer support, security and legal compliance. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect users, SeekProv or others. We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
International transfers
SeekProv and its service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organisational or legal safeguards for international transfers.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted transmission, access controls and restricted access to sensitive records. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their sign-in credentials and report suspected misuse promptly.
Retention, deletion and user rights
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for safety, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, regulatory and legal obligations. Users can request account deletion in the app or at www.seekprov.com/account-deletion. SeekProv support will review submitted deletion requests and process eligible requests, while limited records may be retained only where required or permitted for a legitimate legal, security or regulatory reason. Depending on applicable law, users may also request access, correction, restriction, portability or objection.
Website, cookies and communications
The website may process basic device, browser, security and usage information and waitlist details submitted by users. Essential cookies support security and operation. Optional analytics or functional cookies will be used only where permitted. Users can unsubscribe from marketing messages while continuing to receive necessary service, Deal, security or legal communications.
Children and policy changes
SeekProv accounts are intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts. We may update this policy as the service, legal requirements or data practices change and will communicate material changes through an appropriate channel.
