Eligibility and verification
Providers must be at least 18, provide accurate information and complete checks required for their service or market.
They must maintain any licence, qualification, insurance or registration legally required for their work.
Activating Provider Mode
Users begin as Seekers and can choose Become a Provider from their existing account.
Provider registration expands country by country.
Complete the required onboarding in a supported country; in an unsupported country, join the country-specific Provider waitlist in the app.
Profiles, listings and Offers
Profiles and service listings must be accurate and current.
Offers must clearly describe scope, price, materials, timing and material limitations without misleading claims.
Communication and service conduct
Providers must communicate respectfully, arrive as agreed, perform work with reasonable care and use Start and Finish controls honestly.
Workers and assistants
A service business must disclose the worker who will attend.
Individual Providers should complete the work personally unless an assistant or substitute has been disclosed and approved.
Payments, reviews and safety
Off-platform payment, review manipulation and incentivised reviews are prohibited.
Providers must follow safety requirements and must not offer illegal, dangerous or prohibited services.
Investigations and enforcement
Providers must cooperate with reasonable investigations.
SeekProv may warn, restrict, suspend or remove a Provider depending on risk and severity.

Reviews and Ranking
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.
Provider Rank is separate from customer ratings and depends on lifetime completed Deals and recent activity.
Starter begins at zero completed Deals and has no monthly maintenance minimum.
Diamond lifetime eligibility begins at 45 completed Deals; maintaining a higher Rank also depends on recent activity.
Rank does not guarantee bookings or earnings.
