Active Deal support

Start with your Deal.

Open the relevant Deal in the SeekProv app and choose Get Help. A general email does not replace an in-app dispute action or automatically pause a Deal or payout.

Request account deletion

Enter the details connected to your SeekProv account. We will send the request to SeekProv support and email an acknowledgement to the address you provide.

Submitting this form sends your request to SeekProv support. Never include your password, one-time code or identity document.
