SeekProv is a local-services marketplace app connecting people who need services—Seekers—with independent service Providers through one account and one connected experience.

FAQ · How do Seeker and Provider modes work?

Everyone begins as a Seeker. If you offer a skill, you can enable Provider Mode from the same account and switch between Seeker and Provider modes whenever you need to.

Not yet. Public pages help you explore services; messaging, Offers, booking, payments and Deal management take place inside the SeekProv app.

FAQ · What are Offers and Deals?

A Provider sends an Offer describing the service, price, materials and timing. When the Seeker accepts it, SeekProv creates a Deal that keeps the agreed work, payment and progress together.

FAQ · How will payments work?

Seekers pay through an approved payment partner inside the SeekProv app. Once the Seeker confirms completion and there is no active dispute or refund request, SeekProv instructs the payment partner to settle the Provider’s eligible earnings.

FAQ · How does verification work?

Depending on the service and market, checks may include contact details, identity, liveness, address, business information, qualifications, licences, references or background checks. A verification badge shows that particular information was checked; it is not a guarantee of future conduct or work quality.

Take a few minutes to compare the information available before engaging a Provider.

• Read the full profile, service description, experience and qualifications
• Review ratings, written reviews, completed work and verification badges where available
• Ask clear questions in SeekProv messages and do not proceed if answers are inconsistent or incomplete

Make sure the written Offer matches what you discussed before it becomes a Deal.

• Confirm the exact service scope and expected result
• Check the service price, agreed material costs, timing and who will attend
• Ask the Provider to correct anything unclear before you accept and pay

Keep the important parts of the service inside SeekProv so there is a clear record if you need assistance.

• Use SeekProv messaging for service-related communication
• Pay only through the approved in-app payment flow
• Confirm completion only after reviewing the finished work, or report a problem through support

Guide · Protect your account and report concerns

Never share your password, one-time verification code, card details or unnecessary identity information with another user. Report suspicious requests, harassment, unsafe conduct or Deal problems through the in-app Get Help flow when available or email hello@seekprov.com. Contact local emergency services first if someone is in immediate danger.

FAQ · How do I delete my account?

Use the account-deletion option in the SeekProv app or visit www.seekprov.com/account-deletion. Submit the request form with your username or account ID, registered email address and the required confirmation phrase. SeekProv support will receive the request and review it.
