Sign up in the app with email or Google. Email registration requires verification; accept the Terms and Privacy Policy and complete your Seeker profile. You must be at least 18; your username is public, while a Seeker photo and referral code are optional.

Seekers find and book services. Providers offer services, send Offers and complete Deals. One account supports both roles.

Yes. Everyone begins as a Seeker and can use Become a Provider from their existing account; the Provider onboarding topic explains the next steps.

Location helps Seekers discover nearby services and understand where Providers offer them. For either role, your exact live location is not automatically shown publicly; broader location information may be displayed where appropriate.

No. Use the mobile app for service searches, Chat, Offers, payments and Deals; this website provides product guidance and support.

You can submit a deletion request on our Account Deletion page. That page explains the request process and what happens to your data.

Yes. SeekProv supports eligible digital services such as graphic design, video editing, social media management and virtual assistance, alongside traditional in-person services. Available services depend on approved Provider listings.

Search in the app, browse categories and subcategories, or explore What’s Trending and Top-Ranked Providers. Choose the location where you need the service.

Use your current or selected location to explore nearby services. Switch between Map and List views and use the supported 1–10 km distance filter.

Providers appear in highest-Rank-first order by default. You can use supported sorting options such as distance, price or rating.

Search using their username or Provider ID in the app. Check the profile and service details to confirm you have found the person you intended.

Compare Rank, ratings, written reviews, service details, work examples and location with your needs. Rank reflects completed-Deal history and activity; it does not guarantee skill, licensing or service quality.

The Starting Price is the minimum displayed price for a listing. The Provider sends a customised Offer with the Service Fee for the specific job; the Seeker reviews it before accepting and paying.

Open a relevant service or Provider profile and choose Message. Discuss your requirements and keep service-related conversations in SeekProv Chat.

Seekers and Providers can use Buzz to send a ringing-style notification asking the other person to check Chat. It is not a voice or video call.

Discuss your requirements with a Provider in Chat, review their Offer, accept it and complete payment in the app.

A Deal is created only after the Seeker accepts the Offer and payment succeeds. Chatting or receiving an Offer alone does not mean the service is booked.

Check the scope, schedule, Service Fee, materials and any other agreed requirements. Ask the Provider to correct anything unclear before you accept and pay.

The Seeker pays a percentage-based Platform & Protection Fee calculated on the Service Fee only, excluding materials and applicable VAT. Providers do not pay an additional SeekProv platform fee on the Service Fee. Both parties should understand the agreed Offer charges.

Materials are itemized separately from the Service Fee. The Provider purchases the necessary materials in advance, and the applicable materials amount is included in the Provider payout under the relevant Deal conditions. Materials are excluded from the Platform & Protection Fee calculation.

VAT applies to the Service Fee only where the Provider is VAT-registered and applicable rules require it. Applicable VAT is passed to the Provider, who is responsible for remitting it to the relevant tax authorities. It is excluded from the Platform & Protection Fee calculation.

Payments are made securely through SeekProv, with funds held by our payment partners while the service is being completed. Keep payments associated with SeekProv Deals on the platform.

Both Seekers and Providers can open Deals in the app to review their work together, status information and progress. Choose the relevant Deal for the actions available to your role.

The Provider starts the Deal. With manual confirmation, the Seeker confirms the start. Where Auto Confirm is enabled, start confirmation can happen automatically after the Provider starts, subject to applicable Deal timing requirements.

The Provider marks the Deal finished and submits at least one relevant completion photo. Review the work and photos before confirming, or use Get Help if something is wrong. Auto Confirm may confirm the finish automatically where enabled, subject to applicable Deal timing requirements and unresolved issues.

The completion flow lets you rate Quality of Service, Communication and Reliability and leave a written review. You can approve or reject submitted completion photos for public visibility.

With manual completion confirmation, the 48-hour automatic-completion period begins only once the Provider has marked the Deal finished and the agreed finish time has been reached. You can confirm completion or use Get Help during that window. This fallback is separate from Auto Confirm; not every Deal must wait 48 hours, and an unresolved dispute is not overridden.

Both Seekers and Providers can open the relevant Deal and choose Get Help where available. Describe the problem and include relevant messages or evidence when requested. Follow the actions shown for your role; support does not guarantee a particular refund or payout decision.

Contact the Provider to request cancellation. If you disagree or cannot get cooperation, use Get Help on the Deal; cancellation does not guarantee a refund or a particular outcome.

Yes. Either role can use Report in Chat, choose the available reason that fits the issue and provide relevant evidence. Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.

Whether you are seeking or providing a service, keep Deal payments on SeekProv and related conversations in Chat. Protect private information and report suspicious activity; our Safety Tips page gives practical guidance.

Choose Become a Provider from your existing account, select your country and complete the required verification and onboarding steps.

No. Creating your Provider profile, listing your services and connecting with potential customers are free. There are no subscriptions, upfront platform fees or charges for leads.

Yes, in countries where Provider onboarding is supported. Choose the appropriate service category, describe what you offer, and agree on the scope, delivery requirements, schedule and price with your Seeker before starting a Deal.

Provider registration expands country by country. Continue onboarding in a supported country; in an unsupported country, you can join the country-specific Provider waitlist in the app.

Required identity verification supports trust and helps check account information. Verification is not a guarantee of someone’s conduct, safety or work quality.

Choose a category and subcategory, then add a clear title, description, service image and Starting Price. Include relevant proof of skill where required and useful search tags.

Use a specific title, accurate description and appropriate imagery. Add up to five useful tags that describe the service you actually offer.

Your service application needs review before approval. Follow any correction or resubmission instructions provided in the app.

Use the editing options available for your service in the app. If a detail is not editable, contact support rather than trying to change it on this website.

After approval, add the supported payout information requested in your Provider account. Check that the details are accurate before submitting them.

Use the business types available in your country’s Provider setup and choose the type that matches your legal status. Contact support if you are unsure which option applies.

Review Rank progress, ratings, response time, services, earnings and pending earnings. Your Provider account also includes business settings, payout settings and business hours.

Keep your business hours and availability accurate in Provider Mode. Discuss the schedule with the Seeker and agree realistic dates in your Offer before accepting work.

Yes. Everyone starts as a Seeker. Once eligible Provider onboarding is complete in a supported country, you can switch between both roles using the same account to offer your services or find services for yourself.

Discuss the job in Chat, select the relevant service and enter the order title, schedule, customised Service Fee and materials information where applicable. Review the Offer before sending it to the Seeker.

Yes. The Starting Price is the public baseline; the Service Fee reflects the specific job agreed with the Seeker.

Use Start when work begins and follow any required Seeker confirmation. When the work is finished, use Finish to request completion and follow the app’s confirmation process.

At least one relevant completion photo is mandatory when you finish a Deal; you can upload up to five. Additional relevant photos can show the quality of your work. The Seeker can approve or reject photos for public visibility, and approved photos may appear on your public Provider profile. Ask permission before photographing sensitive work.

Eligible payouts are processed through SeekProv payment partners to your registered payout account under the applicable Deal conditions. Arrival is not guaranteed to be instant; weekends, holidays and banking delays can affect timing.

Use clear service titles, accurate descriptions, relevant images and competitive, realistic Starting Prices. Keep availability accurate, respond promptly and communicate professionally. Deliver excellent work, complete Deals correctly, earn genuine reviews and share your Provider profile with potential customers. Consistency can help you build a reputation; bookings and earnings are not guaranteed.

Provider Ranking recognises successfully completed Deals and continued activity on SeekProv. It is different from customer ratings.

Lifetime completed Deals unlock higher Rank eligibility. Previous-month completed Deals determine which eligible Rank is displayed after the month-end recalculation.

Your lifetime Deal history is preserved. You can regain a previously unlocked higher Rank by meeting the recent-activity requirement in a later month; Starter is always the fallback.

Higher-ranked Providers appear first in Search by default, creating more opportunities to be discovered. It does not guarantee bookings, customers or earnings.
