SeekProv brings discovery, communication, Offers and Deal management into one clear journey—while keeping the public website safe and focused.
Agree on an Offer
Move into the SeekProv app to message a Provider. The Provider can send an Offer setting out the service, price, materials and timing before you proceed.
Fund the Deal
The Seeker pays the complete amount shown through an approved payment partner. The Deal is marked as funded only after payment has been confirmed.
Complete or raise a concern
After the service is delivered, the Provider requests completion confirmation. The Seeker can confirm completion or report a problem through SeekProv’s support process.
Settle and build trust
Once completion is confirmed and there is no active dispute or refund request, SeekProv promptly instructs its payment partner to transfer the Provider’s eligible earnings. Completed work can also contribute to reviews and visible experience.
